Fractional engagements for businesses that want more.

Together, we'll align on direction, and you'll get a partner who stays with you until you're ready.

Discuss your engagement

Step 1: 1-week strategy intensive

Get to know
the business.

3 days onsite. Time with the team to understand goals, the work people do, current technology, planned upgrades, and the constraints that matter. Opportunities are considered alongside the people, information, and oversight needed to pursue them responsibly.

2 days offsite. Turning the findings into an ambitious strategic vision, agreed with the leadership team, and a roadmap for the next 90 days to turn that vision into reality.

Step 2: Regular involvement

Stay close
to the work.

Regular support follows a cadence agreed at the outset. A minimum 90-day engagement allows time to understand the business, the dynamics shaping decisions, and the opportunities to deliver substantial value.

Ongoing collaboration with the leadership team keeps the work grounded in business priorities, with room to respond to new information and changing needs.

Step 3: The handoff

Leave it in
capable hands.

Progress should continue after the engagement ends. Identifying and developing someone within the organization, or helping find a full-time hire to lead the work long term, is a priority from the beginning.

A planned transition gives the future leader time to learn the work, build relationships, and take responsibility with confidence.

What makes the work possible

  • A leadership sponsor
  • Access to people who understand the work
  • A willingness to make decisions

Information sharing and the engagement’s scope are agreed before work begins.
